During this session, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their campus or workplace culture from the perspective of parents, guardians and caregivers. This session can teach participants how to identify cultural differences among outside stakeholders and describe cultural competence in an educational or workplace environment. Participants can use these tenets to determine effective communication strategies to help support the needs of outside stakeholders.
