BUILDING VIRTUES CONFERENCE: CHARACTER EDUCATION IN A CHANGING WORLD

Featuring keynote speakers and nationally-renowned character education experts Clifton Taulbert and Dr. Mindy Bier

Hosted by GCU’s College of Education

Monday, Dec. 13 from 9am-4pm at GCU Arena and livestream

FREE to all GCU faculty, staff, and local K-12 school partners

Lunch provided for in-person attendees

*GCU students are asked to sit in the arena bowl and may be able to receive participation credit for class if approved by instructor. President Mueller approves this if instructors approve.

This day-long conference will showcase renowned national speakers, breakout sessions, and current research on supporting virtue development within the communities we serve — all with the goal of helping others lead more flourishing lives.

Topics will include servant leadership, having difficult conversations, human flourishing, building cultures of ethics, and social-emotional learning.
